After a few days of hot temps and humidity and loads of mosquitoes a cold front came through last night and we had cooler conditions with a breeze which dropped the numbers of mosquitoes down to a manageable number.  I decided to take a walk along the rail trail in Amherst to start the day.  I was happy to see the Brewster's Warbler continued at the location.  It was still singing a bit and looks to have not found a mate from what I could tell, which is a shame as it would be interesting to see what the offspring would look like.

Although the amount of song is starting to trail off there are still birds singing and some showing despite the windy conditions and I added a few other warbler species.
