Some old world warblers during a trip to Europe

Back from a trip to Europe where I saw a handful of old world warblers including Willow Warbler, Common Chiffchaff and Eurasian Blackcap as well as one more that remains unidentified.  Old world warblers are not closely related to new world warblers and typically are rather dull in coloration.  It certainly made me appreciate even more the colorful variety of warblers we enjoy in this hemisphere.

June was a decent month for warblers in Hampshire County before I left for Europe with a total of 24 species.  July has started out fairly quiet with the expected species around with lots of recently fledged birds around.
